Protein power balls ~ Anna Townend

I tend to double the quantity :


15 / 30 ish depending on the size of your balls.

90g / 180 oats

80g / 160 smooth peanut butter

50g / 100 almond butter

80ml / 160 honey

50g / 100 chopped dark chocolate (I use 85%)

2 or 4 tablespoons flax seeds

2 or 4 tablespoons chia seeds

1 or 2 tablespoon cocoa

2 or 4 table spoons of coconut oil

50g/100 of desiccated Coconut


Melt the coconut oil it makes it easier to mix together.

Once mixed pop in the fridge so it goes a bit hard.

Then get them out and make into balls.

Store in the fridge, they’ll last ages.
